Equine events are our passion. We are proud to be associated with some of the greatest sporting events in the UK.
We are so proud of our marquee at the St Leger Festival. It is 165m long with 8 peaked roofs, over 1,000 guests enjoy the racing and hospitality from it each day. With two different restaurants and private dining chalets for between 20 - 150 diners it is up there in the higher echelons of racecourse hopitality.
Bede Events Ltd asked us to work with them on Belton Horse Trials. The Event is one of the highlights of the Eventing year and they wanted to upgrade their marquee provision. The Hospitalitly marquee had a facelift with door canopies and a branded pelmet and as a joint venture we put up our 5m x 10m viewing platform as an added benefit for the Members to use.
Northumberland Plate and Ladies Day are Newcastle Racecourse’s largest race fixtures and indeed two of our largest events. We have worked with Newcastle Racecourse for 7 years now and are looking forward to continuing our contract.

Transform current facilities into something different
Erect a structure which joined to the permanent building, allowing access from one to the other with ease. This creates an additional space for which to extend the current event space, or utilise different sections in different ways
Utilise wet weather cover to ensure the scoreboard is visible, yet protected from the elements
Combining traditional pegging and weighting to marquee hire structures to work with numerous locations and ground type for structures with a varying size
Working with sponsors and the Equine Department, it is often necessary to dress or disguise permanent facilities, for which we create individual solutions to create a bespoke appearance
Create a decked floor, on uneven ground, resulting in a perfectly level platform on which to build an ice rink
Provide a marquee hire structure on top of this platform to allow skaters access to and from the ice rink
Provide an additional marquee which provides a viewing facility
Equipment for the Winter Wonderland is located off site at a storage facility
Working in partnership with Acorn Scaffolding and their unrivalled, innovative system, a level platform was constructed on which to build the ice rink and anchor our marquee hire structures
Marquees were constructed at either edge of the ice rink; one served as a skate marquee from which to hire skates and provide changing facilities and also housed doorways to allow access straight onto the ice. The other marquee was a cafe/bar with a solid glass wall to allow skate viewing, part of our Ultimate Small Marquee Series enhancements
To ensure equipment arrived with minimum cost and maximum efficiency, we facilitated transport requirements
