Senior Foreperson

• The Senior Foreperson will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of the on-site teams to ensure the successful and timely completion of marquee installations and de-rigs nationally.
• Additionally, the Senior Foreperson will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site and assist with team training and development. The successful candidate must be willing to work outdoors, have excellent communication skills and experience in managing and leading teams.
• This is a hands on role where the foreman will lead by example and will work with the team in the erection and finishing of marquees, to a high standard with exemplary health & saftey standards whilst working to maximum efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a foreman or similar leadership role in the event industry
• Proven experience in leading a team and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
• Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures
• Experience in construction, carpentry or similar trades is preferred but not essential
• Previous marquee erection and team leadership experience highly desirable but not essential
• Full UK drivers licence is required

Pay: From £60,000.00 per year

Marquee Foreperson

• Exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading marquee and events structure companies. We looking for an enthusiastic and motivated experienced manager to lead a team of marquee erectors. The ability to work to strict deadlines without compromising the quality of work are a must. A strong knowledge of industry health and safety practices are also required.
• Full time position, with weekend work
• Full UK drivers licence is required
• Bonus scheme
• Room for progression through to senior management for the correct candidate

Marquee Erectors

• Experienced marquee erectors, at least 2 years’ experience in the industry, with a positive attitude and looking to develop their skills. Working with other erectors and laborer’s to erect marquees, predominantly in the corporate sector. Other responsibilities include delivering a courteous service to our clients, checking/loading of equipment, adhering to company health and safety legislation and working to tight deadlines.
• Full time position, with weekend work
• Full UK drivers license is required
• Bonus scheme
